- 1.Eligibility :
• Open to global participants.
• Submissions must feature a Palit GeForce Series graphics card, regardless of model or generation.
• Participants can submit multiple stories, but each must describe a different achievement.
- 2.Submission Requirements :
• Submissions are recommended in English, but local languages are accepted.
• Each story must be over 50 words.
• Include at least one clear photo of your Palit graphics card. Photos of your results / achievements and selfies with the Palit card are encouraged. Additional supporting photos or videos are welcome.
• You’ll need to log into your Google account to complete the form. If you don’t have a Google account, please email us at contest@palit.biz.

- 3.Rights and Usage :
• By submitting, participants grant Palit unconditional rights to use their stories and photos in any marketing activities. Palit may reproduce, publish, and modify the submissions without further compensation.
• Participants waive the right to enforce moral rights against Palit regarding the use of their submissions.
- 4.Content Authenticity :
• Submissions must not violate copyright laws. All images and materials must be original and free from any infringement or inappropriate content.
• Participants are solely responsible for any legal issues arising from their submissions. Infringing entries will be disqualified, and any awarded prizes must be returned.
- 5.Conduct and Integrity :
• Palit reserves the right to review and disqualify any participation or winning entries suspected of being fraudulent, manipulated, or in violation of the rules.
• Any fraudulent activities or misuse of third-party information will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
- 6.Prizes :
• Monthly Lucky Draw: Each month, two winners will be randomly selected by PALIT from all approved submissions to receive a $50 USD Steam Gift Card.
• Steam Gift Cards will be converted to local currency. Palit is not responsible for any exchange rate differences. Participants must have a Steam account and add Palit as friend to receive the digital code.
• Quarterly Best Story Award: Every quarter, Palit will select one exceptional story to receive an RTX 40 Series Graphics Card. This award will only be granted if an outstanding story is identified. If no story meets our criteria, the award for that quarter will remain vacant.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise agreed.
• Palit is not responsible for any damage or loss of prizes during shipment.
• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by participants will result in forfeiture of the prize. Palit is not liable for unclaimed prizes.
- 7.Personal Data :
• By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of this campaign.
• Palit will use the provided data solely for campaign purposes.
• Winners authorize Palit to publicly announce their names.
- 8.Modification and Cancellation :
• Palit reserves the right to modify the campaign rules, dates, or mechanics at any time without prior notice.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, Palit may cancel, terminate, or suspend the campaign.
- 9.Acceptance of Terms :
• Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- 10.Winner Notification :
• Winners will be notified via email. If there is no response after three attempts, the winner's spot will be forfeited.
• Palit is not liable for incorrect information or failure to update contact details by the participants.

• Any issues involving plagiarism or copyright infringement are the sole responsibility of the participants.
• Palit reserves the right to pursue legal action against any activities that disrupt the campaign.
